MARGIE HUGHES BOYETT
Margie Hughes Boyett age 95 of Hamilton, AL passed away Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the Marion Regional Nursing Home. She was born in Hamilton, AL on Friday, January 7, 1916 to James Robert and Lena Hardin Hughes.
Visitation will be on Monday, October 24, 2011 from 6:00 —8:00 pm at the Marion County Funeral Home. The service will be at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at the Marion County Funeral Home with burial in Barnesville Cemetery. Bro. Jeff Fleming will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh L. Boyett; grandchildren, Douglas Emerson & Laura Hankins; parents, James Robert & Lena Hughes; brother, Arnold Hughes & sister, Artie Estill.
She leaves to cherish her memory, son, Louie (Joann) Boyett; daughters, Marylon (Press) Emerson, Denna (Bobby) Hankins; grandchildren, Debra (Keith) Acker, Lisa Smith, Marty Emerson, Greg (Terri) Emerson, Bruce (Heather) Boyett, Tawanna (Robbie) Richardson; 14 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; brothers, William H. (Annie Mae) Hughes, Robert H. (Neva) Hughes; sisters, Ava Lee Nixon, Opal Humphries & a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
