IDA "FAYE" OVERTON

Ida "Faye" Overton of Hamilton, AL passed away Friday, April 22, 2011 at UAB-Birmingham. She was born in Hamilton, Al on Saturday, November 29, 1947 to William and Alpha Ginn Clark.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 from 6– 9:00 p.m. at the Marion County Funeral Home. The service will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at the Marion County Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Buttahatchee Cemetery. Bro. Bobby Duncan will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Alpha Clark; brothers, Ralph Clark, Bill Clark and Ray Clark and sisters, Jewel Mae Gordon, Vertie Lee Lawrence and Gerlene Sullins
She leaves to cherish her memory, children, Jeff Overton and wife, Janine, Sheila McCarley and husband, Gary and Teresa Armstrong and husband, Kim; grandchildren, Kayla McCarley, Adam McCarley, Blayne Armstrong, Alexis McCarley and Shannon Cranford; great grandchildren, Reagyn Randolph and Garrett Cranford; brother, Marvin Clark; sisters, Veiler Peterson, Eva Dale Stutsman and Earnestine Ligon and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers: Adam McCarley, Kim Armstrong, Gary McCarley, John Panagos, Kevin Clark and Keith Clark.
Marion County Funeral Home assisted the family.
