GWEN HAMILTON WEAVER

Gwen Hamilton Weaver age 98 of Hamilton, AL passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at the residence. She was born in Smyrna community in Marion Co., AL on Friday, December 12, 1913 to William Joseph and Lula Belle Harris Hamilton.
Visitation will be on Friday, December 23, 2011 from 10:00 —11:00 pm at the Marion County Funeral Home. The service will be at 11:00 am, Friday, December 23, 2011 at the Marion County Funeral Home with burial in Hamilton Memory Gardens. Bro. Billy Weems & Bro. Ted Burleson will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Clarence A. Weaver; parents, William Joseph & Lula Belle Hamilton; brothers, Clovis, Talmadge, Martin & Joe Hamilton; sisters, Gloe Lindsey, Mary Lou Cantren, Jewel Patterson & Fanny Bell Boyett.
She leaves to cherish her memory, sons, Bill Weaver & wife, Betty & Tom Weaver; daughter, Jane Chambless & husband, Rick; grandchildren, Sharon Weaver Lindley, Judy Weaver Miller & husband, Danny, Mary Weaver Meyer & husband, David, Ricky Chambless & wife, Krista, Chris Chambless & wife, Elisha; 11 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild and a host of nieces & nephews.
