GRADY WILSON NELSON
Grady Wilson Nelson, age 83 of Detroit, AL passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Oxford, MS. He was born in Lamar Co., AL on Friday, March 25, 1927 to Lucian M. and Carrie Mae Collier Nelson.
Visitation will be on Thursday, September 2, 2010 from 6-9:00 p.m. at the Marion County Funeral Home. The service will be at 12:00 noon, Friday, September 3, 2010 at the Marion County Funeral Home with burial in Kingsville cemetery . Bro. Lyndon Vann will officiate.
He was preceded in death by his son, Terry King; parents, Lucian M. and Carrie Mae Nelson; 4 sisters and 3 brothers.
He leaves to cherish his memory, son, Gary Glen King and wife, Misty; granddaughters, Haley and Kayla and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Pallbearers: Ed Vann, Kenny Ballard, Don Hamilton, Dan Nelson, Mark Nelson and Alex Nelson.
Marion County Funeral Home assisted the family.
