Farris Hugh Kennedy age 65 of Hackleburg, AL passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at his residence. He was born in Hackleburg, AL on Wednesday, July 17, 1946 to Jay Hugh and Mary Estelle Cantrell Kennedy.
The service will be at 10:00 am, Saturday, July 7, 2012 at the Marion County Funeral Home with burial in Cedar Tree Cemetery. Bro. Steve Lawrence will officiate.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jay Hugh and Mary Estelle Kennedy and one sister.
He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Joan Cleveland Kennedy; children, David Kennedy and wife, Susan, Jeff Kennedy and Ondrea Kennedy Allen and husband, Chris; grandchildren, Ashley Dewitt, Cortney Johnson, Alexis Lane, Mason Kennedy, John David Kennedy and Noah Kennedy; brother, Connie Kennedy; sisters, Shirley Scott and Donna Swinney; 4 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Pallbearers: Mason, John David & Noah Kennedy, Chris & Tony Raper, Kyle Crown, Cary Cochran & Michael Johnson.
Marion County Funeral Home assisted the family.
