Clora Ferguson age 85 of Hamilton, AL passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at Gilmore Memorial Regional Medical Center, Amory, MS. She was born in Hackleburg, AL on Tuesday, January 26, 1926 to John Thomas and Nancy Atkins McGough.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 2, 2011, 6-8:00 p.m. at the Marion County Funeral Home. The service will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 3, 2011 at the Marion County Funeral Home with burial in Hamilton Memory Gardens. Bro. Preston Headrick will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, W.G. Ferguson; parents, John Thomas and Nancy McGough; brothers and sister, Exer Sanderson, Clara McKinney, Lano McGough, R.L. McGough and infant brother Clayton McGough.
She leaves to cherish her memory, daughter, Carolyn Alexander; granddaughter, Alisa Robinson and husband, Steve; grandson, Adam Alexander; great granddaughter, Sydney Robinson and a host of nieces and nephews.
Marion County Funeral Home assisted the family.
