Charles Edward Jackson, age 84, passed away Saturday, July 09, 2022, at Marion Regional Nursing Home. He was born on Friday, October 08, 1937, to Albert Jackson Pharr and Cellie Hardy Jackson

His visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at Marion County Funeral Home.

The service will follow at 4 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2022, in the chapel with Pastor Nic Jackson officiating and burial at Happy Hill Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Jackson; parents, Albert and Cellie Jackson; brother, Bill Jackson; sister, Ruth Adkison (husband, Jerry).

He leaves to cherish his memories, his children, Mike Jackson, Tom Jackson (wife, Lisa), Hank Jackson (Debra Todd); grandchildren, Nic Jackson (wife, Haley), Kendra Reese (husband, Cullah), Drew Jackson, Mallory Jackson, Aimee Johnson husband, (Max); great-grandchildren, Asa Jackson, Abram Jackson, Avery Jackson, Mikayela Jackson, Holland Grove Jackson, Parker Johnson, Deacon Johnson; brother, Albert Jackson Jr., Grover Jackson (wife, Linda); sister, Martha Jackson, Ivie Long, Eddie Liebert, Peggy Bourgeuis (husband, George)  sister-in-law, Jetty Jackson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
