Carla Lynn Woods, age 53, of Hodges, Alabama, passed away on Monday, December 01, 2025, at Brookwood Medical Center. She was born in Haleyville, Alabama on August 29,1972, to Carl Taylor and Linda Edwards Taylor.

She leaves to cherish her memorials her husband, Joel Woods; son, Ethan Woods (wife, Chasity); father, Carl Taylor; mother, Linda Dempsey; granddaughter, Aubry Woods; sisters Amanda Knotts (husband, Gary), Courtney McNeill (husband, Landon); brother, Michael Duke; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents.

The visitation will be 11-1 p.m. Saturday, December 06, 2025, at Hodges Convention Baptist Church; the service will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Cayce Harrison officiating. The interment at Old Line Cemetery.

Marion County Funeral Home will assist the family.
