Bobbie R. Downs, age 81, of Hamilton, AL passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Franklin County, Alabama on Tuesday, August 31, 1937 to Homer Lee and Estell Stidham..
Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 from 12-2 p.m. at the Marion County Funeral Home. The service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be at Single Springs Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Estell Stidham; husband, Edwar d Downs; daughters, Diwanna Green, Debbie Doss; son-in-laws, Steve "Pearl" Doss, Doug Johnson.
She leaves to cherish her memory, daughter, Diane Johnson; grandson, Jacob Green (Amanda), great-grandchildren, Alexa Johnson, Austin Green, Derrick Green; brother, Jimmy Stidham; son-in-law, Stanley Green and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
